Banana bread


I am a star at home when I make this :-)

There are a lot of recipes on the net and this is one of them to get you started.
I also put some walnuts in the mixture.

    I forgot...
    I am so busy these days that I barely cook a decent meal....
    but the conference and the wedding to go and I'll focus more on coking!!
    oh yes....
    going to the US on Sat for a company conference and....drum rolls please...
    I am getting married on July 13th!
    taking a LONG honeymoon then back to reality!! ;-)
